Before payment

You may leave checkout before completing payment. Closing checkout after a payment succeeds does not reverse that payment.

Digital license delivery

After confirmed payment, your license and invoice are made available in your account. Use the included commissioning or trial allowance, where offered, to check compatibility before purchase.

If something is wrong

If your license is defective, does not match its description, has not been delivered, or a payment appears incorrect, contact support with your order number and a description of the problem. We will investigate and provide any remedy required by applicable law. You do not need to post your full license key or card details.

Your legal rights

This policy does not exclude or restrict mandatory consumer rights under applicable UAE law or other laws that apply to your purchase. Nothing here removes a right to cancel, obtain a refund or replacement, or receive another remedy where the law requires it.
